This immersive tour of Peddimore has been developed to provide an introduction to the employment park. It should be viewed alongside information on the project website, including details of current consultations and latest updates on site delivery.
The viewpoints within the tour are based on the indicative masterplan for the site, which has been updated to include our detailed plans for the first two buildings within Development Zone 1. The layout and design of later buildings will be determined by market demand but will remain within the limits of the parameters plan.
The tour shows the existing panorama from five viewpoints with computer generated images (CGIs) of the proposed buildings and landscaping in year ten. Panoramas were taken using a 15mm f/4L fisheye lens and CGIs have been overlaid based on the indicative masterplan and topography of the site.
Within each of the five key viewpoints you can view 360° and click on hotspots to reveal specific details about our proposals.
