We are currently preparing detailed planning applications for the first two employment buildings at Peddimore.
Unit A will sit at the gateway into the site from the A38 and be able to accommodate a range of employment uses. We do not currently have an occupier for the unit, but we are bringing the application forward now to showcase the opportunity and set the standard for high-quality logistics and warehouse space across the site.
For Unit B, we are in advanced negotiations with a prospective occupier and working with the occupier to design and deliver a high-quality building that meets its specific requirements. This is a major milestone for Peddimore and a catalyst for unlocking the full potential of the site.
Both buildings will be located within Development Zone 1 (DZ1), which already has planning permission for large logistics and warehouse units. The purpose of our upcoming applications is to agree the detailed layout and design of the two buildings, including access points, parking plans, landscaping and drainage.
Our aim is to submit the planning applications to Birmingham City Council in spring 2021.

We are committed to consulting the local community and giving local people the opportunity to comment on our draft plans.
We are running a consultation from Monday 15 February to Friday 5 March and will consider all feedback before we submit planning applications to Birmingham City Council.
