We worked with Birmingham City Council to develop a masterplan for Peddimore that will help to achieve our collective vision for a high-quality employment park and a great place to work.
The masterplan is flexible in being able to meet different occupier requirements. Two indicative layouts were included in our planning application showing different configurations of buildings.
In 2021, the latest masterplan shows our detailed plans for Unit A and Unit B within Development Zone 1A at the gateway to the site.
The final layout of the complete Peddimore site will be determined by market demand and there will be detailed planning applications for each building.
