Peddimore is a high-quality development that will be a best-in-class employment location for national and international manufacturing and logistics businesses.

Occupying a strategic position on the edge of Birmingham and close to key transport routes, it will be one of the Midlands’ most important economic assets and provide excellent employment opportunities for local people from all backgrounds.

IM Properties is Birmingham City Council’s development partner for the first phase of Peddimore. We will develop buildings for employment on 37 hectares of the 71-hectare site, as well as building the infrastructure needed for the whole Peddimore development.

With planning permission secured in September 2019, we are now delivering strategic infrastructure to open up the site, including roads, landscaping, utilities, footpaths and cycle routes. We are also working with a prospective occupier for the first building, which will be completed in 2023 and create in excess of 1,000 full-time jobs.
