Construction work continues to progress at Peddimore

Construction work is continuing to progress at Peddimore, the major new high-quality employment park in Minworth, and much has been achieved on site since work began on site in July 2021.

Winvic Construction, our appointed contractor, has been working on an initial major programme of earthwork excavation that is involving the preparation of the development’s main building plots.

Looking ahead to 2022, work will be continuing on the construction of the new roundabout on the A38 that will provide the main access into site, which is due to open later in the spring.

Later in the year we’ll be starting work Peddimore’s first buildings, completing the site’s internal infrastructure – including spine roads, earthworks, footpaths and cycleways – as well as installing a new footbridge over the A38.
