Local businesses can unlock opportunities at Peddimore meet the buyer event

Winvic, IM Properties’ contractor delivering the first phase of construction at Peddimore is hosting a second ‘meet the buyer’ event for local businesses to help them understand the commercial opportunities being created during the site’s infrastructure works.

The virtual event is set to take place on Thursday 5th August at 9.30-10.30am via zoom.

The infrastructure works initially will involve creating the site’s new roundabout on the A38, spine roads, earthworks, landscaping, footpaths and cycleways.

According to Andy Reynolds, project director at IM Properties, a skilled and robust local supply chain is crucial to the successful delivery of Peddimore. “Projects of this scale provide a great supply chain opportunity for businesses of all sizes and together with Winvic we’re committed to buying local where practically possible so that 50 per cent of what is spent is with local suppliers,” said Andy.
