Work set to begin on first building at Peddimore

IM Properties’ appointed contractor Winvic Construction has continued to make good progress on the first phase of activity of construction at Peddimore.

This has involved creating the site’s infrastructure, including a new roundabout on the A38, internal spine roads, earthworks, extensive landscaping, footpaths and cycleways.

With this activity coming towards its conclusion later this summer, the focus over the coming weeks and months is now turning to the construction of the first building at Peddimore.

Work will initially start on Unit B, located on the right hand side as you enter the site from the new access road on the A38, that will be a high-quality facility that has been designed to meet its occupier’s specific requirements.

Beginning from week commencing 16 May, a 12-week programme of piling will start to build the foundations for Unit B.

Alongside work on site, we have been continuing to support local projects and organisations as part of our ongoing and extensive social value programme.
