Jericho Foundation

Jericho Foundation is a Birmingham-based Social Enterprise with a range of services including construction, landscaping, recycling, catering and cleaning. Jericho help vulnerable people facing multiple challenges into employment by providing work experience, apprenticeships and employment combined with an individually tailored programme of personal development, training and mentoring support.

The Pioneer Group

The Pioneer Group is a partnership of people and organisations who have come together to enable people and communities to be the best they can be. We use our years of collective regeneration expertise to help people and communities to flourish in an ever-changing social and economic landscape.

Working closely with local partners, service providers and stakeholders we deliver community driven bespoke housing solutions, community services such as youth, family support and employment.

We are increasingly focussed on deriving social value from our commercial contractors and wider stakeholders and investing this directly in the communities we serve. Peddimore’s social value programme fits with this approach and we look forward to partnering to help channel and target effectively the social benefit accruing through the programme for communities around the development.

St Basils

St Basils is a West Midlands Charity focussed on preventing youth homelessness by providing accommodation, effective support and enabling access to education, training and employment.

Witton Lodge Community Association

Witton Lodge Community Association is a well-established community-led housing provider located in the Perry Common. In addition to housing, the Association provides a range of services across north Birmingham which support local people to improve their health and well-being, gain new skills, secure a job or start a new business.
